Bolts
Our entire hardware used in the antennas is made exclusively of stainless steel.
The boom/mast coupler, (except for 2 StQ 5 L/P):
The boom/mast coupler is made with non-corrosive aluminum, thickness 10mm. Cutting and milling of all the elements are entirely manufactured in Italy. The boom in square tube 80x80 mm (3" 9/64 x 3" 9/64 ft) thickness 2 mm (5/64 ft) for HF antennas, square tube 50x50 mm (1" 61/64 x 1" 61/64) thickness 2 mm (5/64 ft) for antennas VHF and 6 meters.
The boom/mast coupler, model 2StQ5L:
The boom/mast coupler, for series L antennas, is made with non-corrosive aluminum, thickness 8mm. Cutting and milling of all the elements are entirely manufactured in Italy. The boom in square tube 70x70 mm (2" 3/4 x 2" 3/4 ft) thickness 2 mm (5/64 ft).
Joints parts of the boom:
The joints of the boom, in the antennas consist of several parts, are made with rivets and plate L stainless steel.

The U bolt supports are also in aluminum, application possibilities of mast from 40 to 74mm (1" 9/16 to 2" 29/32 ), for different needs, please contact us via e-mail.

In the L series we use 4 Ubolt diam. 8 mm and alluminium saddle, as shown in the photos.
Vertical rod kit models 2StQ5, 3StQ5, 3/4StQ5, 4StQ5, 4/5StQ5:
In the antennas with 3 or more elements there is provided a kit of tie rods to prevent any deflection of the boom in the vertical plane. The kit consists of a connecting jumper at the mast in aluminum and stainless steel plate. We use braid of Kevlar coated Dacron, thickness 6mm (15/64 ft), breaking load CR: 1050kg (2314,8 lb), UV-resistant material. The rest of the components is always made of stainless steel: Redange, duplex terminals, connecting eyebolts, double hoop with regulation.
Vertical rod kit models 2StQ5L, 3StQ5L, 3/4StQ5L, 4StQ5L, 4/5StQ5L:
In the L series, the Ubolt aluminum is replaced by a stainless steel 8mm Ubolt and an aluminum saddle.
Horizontal rod kit
On the models with 4 and more elements, we use an horizontal tie-rods kit, to prevent bending in the horizontal plane. In the very long antennas this kit is absolutely essential to have no problems in crosswind conditions.. It is provided a central aluminum plate on which is applied an aluminum tube 3 mt (9' 10" ft) long; this pipe connect the tie rods Kevlar. All it made of stainless steel and alluminium.
